You may think that the vendors you have chosen are each seperate components for your special day...well think again! The vendors may or may not know each other or have worked with one another before. It might not seem like it matters, but it is important (and helpful) for them to at least have SOME idea of what everyone else has planned for your day when they start planning for it too!
